At Balance Moves, we’re all about hands on personal attention, and there’s no better way to experience this than through one of our private Pilates sessions in our boutique Bondi Studio.
We cater to many local residents, visitors and foreign and domestic celebrities via individual and duet sessions and pride ourselves on fitting into your life – our expert instructors are available six days a week, early til late! Private sessions are the perfect way to get to grips with the basics of pilates, take your skills to the next level and respond to any rehabilitation needs or injuries. We make each session varied and challenging, with exercises to stimulate body and mind.
For best results, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week. In the famous words of Joseph Pilates …
